Hawaiian Airlines offers non-stop service to Hawaii from North America, Asia, and the South Pacific. It also serves every major island in Hawaii.

Established in 1929 with 2 8-seater Sikorsky aircraft and a Bellanca monoplane, Hawaiian Airlines grew to carry over 10 million passengers in 2022.

The award-winning airline (named TRAVEL + LEISURE’s World’s Best Airline from 2011 to 2016) partners with a wide variety of carriers to fly travelers all over the world.

This article will cover the many ways to earn miles within the Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles loyalty program so that you can redeem them for award flights on Hawaiian, its partners, and more.

Enroll in HawaiianMiles Mileage Program

Since 1998, the HawaiianMiles program has provided tons of ways to earn miles. Sign up for HawaiianMiles for free and begin earning miles for future flights.

Unlike most airline loyalty programs that are now revenue-based, HawaiianMiles still has a fixed award chart. Flight redemptions begin at just 7,500 HawaiianMiles!

  3. Ensure you have enough Amex points to redeem for the award flight.
  4. Make the transfer to Hawaiian Airlines.

Keep in mind that it may take up to 48 hours for your transfer to be completed. The table below highlights our credit cards that earn Membership Rewards points:
