Best lounge ever is Air Canada Signature Lounge in Toronto. You have to be a PAID business class passenger, no miles. Buffet and restaurant with waiters. And a private dining room that seats 10. And showers across the hall.

We are flying United from DTW to ORD. Then Austrian Air to Vienna. Business class all the way. Your comment about connecting flights aren’t allowed for Star Alliance is a little confusing. We have a 5 hour layover in OHare. So we can’t use this lounge? Or can we?
Thanks.

Hi Carol,
Since you are departing from ORD on an international business class flight, yes you should be allowed to use the lounge. Safe travels!

Carol – were you able to access the Polaris Lounge? I have been given conflicting information as well. Thanks!

I am a United Club member. Since opening after the pandemic, they have become crowded, often not able to find a seat. I am finding that I probably made a mistake getting the United Club chase card this past year. Today, the Chicago Airport Polaris club is closed and United Club is crowded and not worth the effort. United Domestic First Class flying has also started being a disappointment.

We are going through ORD on a flight this summer and will have access to this lounge. I have only done buffets at lounges so this will be the first for sit-down meals, I want to make sure I follow etiquette, is tipping allowed/expected for the services in the dining room? Thanks!

I am flying ORD TO DEL (first flight is STL TO ORD and last is DEL to AMD) with United Polaris Business boarding pass. I have my family as well flying on Economy Plus. Can I take them along with me to Polaris lounge at ORD? If not, any other options for them to accompany me like buying one time United Club pass?

Unfortunately, you cannot bring guests with you into the Polaris Lounge and passes are not available for purchase. Your best bet would be to visit the United Club and purchase guest passes for your family.

We went to United Airlines Club in concourse C in Chicago airport yesterday using one time pass.
United Airlines Club counter did not let us get in saying there is no seats available in club. However, when we waited there for the next 15 minutes, we saw more than 40 people left the club and less than 10 people entered. Therefore, there are more empty seats became available. When we explained this situation to the man (UA club worker), however, the man worked there still not allow us to enter the club even we have one time pass. The man even did not pay attention to check there are more people leaving than entering and his attitude was bad.
This is supposed one of the best service of United airlines for loyal United plus member. However, the un-professional UA club worker worked there really ruins the reputation of the United Airline Clubs.
Therefore, we would rate 0 to 1 star of United Airlines Club in concourse C in Chicago airport.
