The lounge is not open as advertised at 5:00. Many people are waiting to get in the lounge.

Could I have your Phone number?
I lost my wallet this morning in Miami Airport Centurion Lounge.

Hi Joaquin. We are not affiliated with the Centurion lounge network. We are Upgraded Points, a blog specializing in points, miles, travel, and credit card-related resources. I searched online but was unable to find a published phone number for the Miami lounge. You might want to call the number on the back of your card and they could possibly help connect you or find a number for you.

Hi Harley,
Please be aware that we are not American Express, so you’ll need to contact the company directly for assistance. We’ve removed your phone number for your privacy.

Hello, I am writing from the Centurion Lounge at that Miami Airport. I cannot believe what I experienced today here…bad and tasteless food: unsalted soup, a horrible looking and tasteless chicken, a mismatch of salmon and cold and hard lentils. A poor assortment of food..no chips, no seeds..well terrible! The servers, so impolite and unfriendly staff…in the end, I don’t think I will continue paying for a Platinum annual fee that is not worth it.

I have been an Amex Gold card member since 2008. Had no idea about the Platinum card benefits. Is it easy to upgrade? Can it be done on-site prior to entering the lounge? I’m traveling to Europe tomorrow and have a layover in MIA. I’ve heard so much, I’d like to stop by the lounge tomorrow.

Hi Michael,
You would not be able to upgrade on-site, you’d have to do so through your American Express account via the Amex website.

Hi Kim,
You would only be able to gain access if you were an authorized user.

The Miami lounge sucks. I love the one in NY though.

Hi Lori,
You can make an appointment at the front desk when you check in to the lounge.
