Please provide the website for rescheduling our Global Entry interviews that were canceled on 06/23/20. I know the kiosk is in Terminal 4 and that is it. Thank You.

I have a person who is trying to fly out of Sky Harbor but says her visa has a problem. She is telling me that a woman at the airport is working on a new visa for her and she is staying in a room away from the airport that was provided to her until the visa is completed. Does this type of thing happen there or am I being scammed?

Hi Janet. I am not sure what you mean by “I have a person”. Are they contacting you and asking for money to help with the visa cost? If so, yes, it could be a scam. There is no way to know without further investigation, but you should not send any money. You can check out examples of common fraud scams, and there are many, on the State Department website. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/search.html?search_input=visa+scams&data-sia=false&data-con=false&search_btn=

Any suggestions on picking up a rental car? I know it is holy hell at the airport right now.

Flying in on American Airlines with a 25 minute layover to another AA connecting flight. If they start boarding 20 minutes before the actual flight that only gives us 5 minutes to get off plane & get to gate. We were going to fly 1st class which means boarding 1st. Is there any possible way we could make the connecting flight? AA says legally they calculated enough time. Is this possible?

Hi Joyce,
It is certainly possible, but it could be a bit tight of a connection. Does your next flight depart from the same Terminal that you’ll be arriving at?

I am traveling domestically a week from tomorrow with my 2 adult kids. My 18 year old son had lost his drivers license and has no passport or passport card. the DMV will not be able to get a replacement to him prior to our planned departure. What can we do to get him compliant to go through the TSA checkpoints?

Hi Shelia,
All passengers aged 18 or older must show one of these forms of ID: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification

Hi John,
If you contact American Airlines they would be happy to arrange wheelchair transport for you.
