This description is critically out of date, in ways that could seriously inconvenience users of BNA. First, there currently are *two* terminals–North and South–rather than just one. Because the central terminal is closed for a massive expansion, BNA currently uses two smaller terminals, one on each end of the central terminal, and there’s no communication in between. Therefore, travelers need to make sure they go to the terminal serving their ticketed airline. Second, rather than three concourses, BNA now has *four*–A and B served by the North Terminal, and C and (the new) D served by the South Terminal. All maps need to be updated.

Which concourse & gates would Air Mesa dba United Airline flights typically be located? I think I read Concourse A, but where would the closest smoking area I could utilize before my flight starts boarding in BNA?

Hi Jenny,
Yes, it should be Concourse A. In order to get to the designated smoking areas you will need to exit the Terminal, or you could head to the smoking room located in the Graycliff Divans Lounge near gate B9.

Do the shuttles from Lots B and C run 24/7?

Hi Jan,
Shuttle service begins at 3:30 am daily and ends 45 minutes after the last flight arrives.

Since BNA is an International airport, does it have CBP officers present that can complete “conditionally approved” Global Entry applicants onsite (EOA)?

Hi Karen,
It doesn’t look like Nashville is on the list of airports that offer Enrollment Upon Arrival so you’ll need to find a different location to complete your enrollment.
