Where did you get you information regarding Qatar? I’ve been trying to figure this out and what I’m seeing is that skis as checked baggage from/to US to Europe will cost me $300 each way.

Hi Kevin. Here is the link to Qatar baggage policy/fees for sporting equipment. https://www.qatarairways.com/en-us/baggage/excess.html

Are you certain both a ski/snowboard bag and a separate boot bag are included for Aer Lingus?
I just called and they said it all had to be in the same bag. If using separate bags, I would be charged for an extra bag.
I would love to know because I might be flying this airline soon for a ski trip.
Thanks!

Hi Giancarlo,
I would follow the policy that the airline told you directly to be on the safe side.
