Today it has been 11 days since I came to Cuba with Sunwing. I flew flight 628 from Toronto to Varadero on December 23rd. Luggage ticket #xxxx, Claimed ticket in Cuba xxxx. My bag is Black and Blue with two wheels. Why after 11 days is there no answer about the missed luggage? Is it time to claim for compensation?
