I would like to ask, I have bought additional baggage. But can I check for each single luggage, what is the maximum weight?

Hi Jestlin,

Checked bags can weigh either 50 pounds (23 kg) for economy passengers or 70 pounds (32 kg) for business class. Personal items and carry-on bags can have a maximum combined weight of 17.5 pounds (8 kg) for economy and 22 pounds (10 kg) for business class.

Hi, I’m flying business class from Bangkok to London. I would like to clarify how many kgs each traveler is allowed to check in and also the maximum weight of carry-on-board weight allowance.

Hi Edward,

You should be permitted to bring 3 checked bags weighing up to 32 kgs each. The maximum combined weight of your carry-on and a personal item is 8 kgs.
