Just completing our second cruise to Alaska. Entertainment was less than mediocre. Spent much of our time in stateroom bc nothing interesting to do. Evening meals and service was good, but breakfast buffet food was mostly undercooked and poor selection. Our stateroom was only serviced three times during the 8-day cruise. Won’t be cruising Princess again.

I was on the same cruise, we had a wonderful time. The dining had a great selection. If her room got serviced 3 times maybe she had the do not disturb on the door. It was our 136th cruise and we have 8 more cruises booked on Princess. The service in the dining room was excellent.

We have just come back from our cruise on Sky Princess, we booked this ship again because of the wonderful mattresses as we both have bad backs. On our 4th day we came back to our cabin and our steward said sorry I was late cleaning your room but I had to take your mattress to another cabin, we were left with an inferior mattress when I told somebody who was in charge they said our mattress had to be repaired, the next person said we rotate mattresses. Not once was my mattress changed when I was on Sky Princess last year I felt we were treated as 2nd class guests, after saying we will not be sailing with Sky again the mattress was put back on my bed. Also we had drinks put on our bill when I went to guest services I was told she will take them off this time, did she think I was lying very disappointed with the service. Never had problems like this before, We do not think we will sail with Sky Princess again.
