I used to cruise with you all the time and the cruise was the worst I was ever on so I don’t cruise. They would do nothing about it at all.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience but we aren’t Celebrity Cruises. I would suggest contacting them directly if you have a complaint.

That would probably be the problem! I have tried several days to contact them. I have been on hold any where from 2.25 to 3.5 hours!!
