Your article says “UPDATED: JANUARY 19, 2020” yet it still states
“Your Southwest Rapid Rewards points won’t expire as long as you earn points through a qualifying activity at least once every 2 years.”
even though Southwest changed that policy back in 2019. Why don’t you just put in the work and write a new article rather than confusing people? Too much work?
“Southwest Rapid Rewards Points do not expire as long as your account remains open. However, if you close your account, then all your points will be lost. This new policy came into force in October 2019. Prior to that points used to expire if you had 24-months of inactivity.”
